Whistleblower system – submitting tips

Correct and compliant behaviour has the highest priority at Medical Park Hannover GmbH and forms the foundation of our success. Serious information about compliance violations helps us to counteract them at an early stage and thus reduce damage to our company, our employees and our business partners. Employees, trainees, applicants, former employees, service providers and suppliers as well as their staff and freelancers, shareholders and members of the supervisory, management and administrative bodies have the opportunity to report irregular behaviour at any time. For this purpose, we provide the possibility of contacting us via several channels.

Every report is reviewed and consistently followed up. The interests of the whistleblowers and their confidentiality are protected. Pressure on whistleblowers or resulting disadvantages will not be tolerated, so that they do not have to fear any sanction for submitting their information. We encourage you to use the whistleblowing system responsibly. This allows you to submit your information anonymously and also ensures trustworthy communication.

Below you will find the reporting channels we have set up for submitting tips.

Regardless of which channel you choose, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your information and also a final response in compliance with the legal deadline of three months. All information is first processed by our service provider, S-CON GmbH & Co. S-CON GmbH & Co. KG and then forwarded to us anonymously. If you also wish to remain anonymous to S-CON, this can be fully guaranteed only by using the whistleblower system below.

 

Digital whistleblower system
Potential violations of laws and guidelines can be reported anonymously via the digital whistleblower system. The whistleblower system is available at https://medicalpark-169.hinweis.one/de/.

Telephone tips
Information can also be submitted via a telephone hotline. The hotline is available from Monday to Friday (public holidays and weekends excepted) from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. by phoning 0 800 88 44 66 84.

Tips via post
Alternatively, tips can also be submitted by post. A separate mailbox is available for this purpose in order to protect the confidentiality of the person submitting the tip.
